  • Together with external partners we can provide finishing process like Gold, Sliver, Chrome and Bright Nickel, Copper, Tin and Lead plating by approved Suppliers.
  • We provide brass components in various finishing such as polishing and  stove lacquering.
  • Use of Eco Friendly material and standardized packing methods.
  • Ensuring delivery of zero defect part in ready to use clean condition.
  • Develop and supply brass component with assemblies as per customer specification and requirement.
  • Our packaging team is expert to provide better security to your accurate component or brass parts with convenient traceability 24*7.
  • We can provide packaging of single and multi unit brass parts that meets a variety of specification and easy handling for our customer.
       

We have more than 40 years of experience and expertise in the Field Manufacturing Brass Precision Machine Turned Parts and components. Having precise control throughout the absolute manufacturing process to ensure the quality of components.

We conduct the following inspections for maintaining the quality standard for our components:

  • Inspection of raw material’s chemical properties like copper, zinc, silver and other elements.
  • Inspection of raw material’s physical properties like length, breadth and hardness.
  • Statistical process control and final inspection during shipping.
